Tatum’s Garden is a private park, that means the Tatum’s Garden Foundation is tasked with fundraising, building, and maintaining the park. The Tatum’s Garden Foundation is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit that keeps the park running, provides security, cleans the park, and replaces equipment.
